This will erase everything, and it could be unstable for your hardware. I do not recommend installing a 64-bit version of Windows. It's possible that, for example, some piece of hardware does not have a 64-bit driver. Also, there was a reason why a 32-bit OS was installed the first time. programs, documents, music, passwords, everything. Note that doing so, you will erase everything on the device. That said, if this is a secondary machine, then you might be able to install a 64-bit operating system on it. I'm just pointing you to the official word.) (Don't worry, I'm not expecting you to know every bullet point of every build. YandereDev mentioned this issue in the May 15th release notes: (Intel still supports their old products with 32-bit drivers, but only with security patches as far as I know.) That said, both AMD and NVIDIA have also dropped support for 32-bit OSes since 2018, so it's been an industry trend for a while. The 32-bit builds of the new engine were crashing to the point that they wouldn't even make it into the title scene (although how far they got was fairly random). The change occurred on April 10th, 2020 when we switched to Unity 2019.3.
